  1. 30-Day Return Period: You can return any sofa within 30 days of delivery if you are unhappy with your purchase. The return period starts on the delivery date.

  2. Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be in a fully resalable condition. This means they must be in their original, unmarked, and undamaged packaging.

  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, you need to contact their customer service team via email. They will guide you on how to return the product or arrange for a collection.

  4. Refunds: Once the item is returned and inspected, you will receive a full refund, minus any collection costs if their service is used.

  5. Cost of Returns:

    • Faulty Items: If the item is faulty or there was an error on the part of Furniture Local, you will not be charged for the return.
    • Change of Mind: If you change your mind, you can return the item to their Outlet Warehouse without any charge, provided the return is pre-arranged.
  6. Collection Fee: If you opt for their collection service to handle the return, there is a £299 charge. This fee is deducted from your refund.

  7. Non-returnable Products: The policy specifies that items that are damaged, worn, or otherwise in non-resalable condition cannot be returned. Additionally, items delivered over 100 days ago, or items from a previous return that was part of the same policy for the same customer, are also not eligible for returns.
